No, seriously...we are releasing our very first fansub: a Bus Gamer Special Short. For those of you who have heard about the Bus Gamer TV Anime that will be released in 2008, this is actually something different from around 2001; it even has an entirely different group of seiyuu than the drama cd and soon to be released anime.

We here at Emerald Eyes would like to extend our well-wishes to Minekura-sensei. Our heart and prayers go out to you, as you recover from your trip to the hospital. This was brought to my attention by enry-chan on my livejournal, and upon checking Minekura-sensei's blog at minekura.com, I found that she spoke of her reason for not releasing bus gamer and saiyuki last month, and wild adapter this month. For those who would like further detail, either email me or check my live journal comment Here.
Also, we send our condolaces to the family of Suzuoki Hirotaka, who passed away earlier this month. Suzuoki has played many roles in various drama disks, but he also played the character Hasebe in Wild Adapter drama disk 4. Though I may not have liked the character he played, I mourn his loss.

Even though we are skipping ahead a bit with Wild Adapter, we decided to release the last extra chapter of Vol. 3 since it seemed appropriate given what it is about. (Fireworks :) )
Speaking of Wild Adapter, we have decided not to drop the series until we are asked to (hence the new Contact Us link on the right :) ) since there are a lot of fans who are not in America.

It was announced at Anime Expo this weekend that Tokyopop has purchased the license for
Wild Adapter. We're still discussing whether to continue the series or not, we'll make
sure to announce our decision here once it's made.

We've been working on this one off-and-on from day 1, and we have finally finished it. This yaoi doujinshi by Shinichi Fuji-Sensei was in a colouring book style (complete with connect-the-dots and a maze.) The pairing in it is Kurama X Hiei from Yuu Yuu Hakusho.

It's been a while, hasn't it? And today,
Anthey's doing the update! I hope I don't mess things up too
bad.We've been busy lately, what with real life and all, but
soon we hope to have chapter 4 of EC released. To tide you all over, I
edited and translated a wild adapter Doujinshi that you can find on the
scantranslations page, and I plan on doing more of these in the future!
Especially since I have 6 more untranslated
and 5 more on the way to me in the mail!
